At Shark Trader, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personal care products that have been used.
• Items damaged by the customer.
• Clearance or sale items (unless damaged).

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchange

We replace items only if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
